How We Do It
We offer two main methods of providing IT support services.
We understand that every business is different and we can tailor a solution to meet your needs.
Managed Services
For qualified small to medium businesses we offer a fixed price managed services model.
Under managed services we work as an extension of your business, updating and monitoring your equipment behind the scenes while also assisting with any technical matters.
For managed service clients we include enterprise antivirus, web traffic security, website hosting and domain name renewal as a standard part of our offering.
Reactive Support
For residential clients and small businesses we offer the more traditional model of reactive support at hourly rates.
This means that if you have a problem or would like us to help you out, you can simply call or email and we'll assist with whatever you need.
For reactive support clients we offer the same great service and expertise but on a pay as you need basis.
